RN- Case Manager
Full time Registered Nurse
Wings of Hope has several strengths. Our amazing staff work to minimize patients’ pain and suffering, help patients maintain dignity and support families as they cope with serious illness and the loss of someone they love.
We are growing and in need of a full-time Registered Nurse to provide case management on 1st shift, including back-up on call rotation. This caring, compassionate RN provides symptom management, teaching and guidance to patients and their families. Benefits include health insurance, life insurance, retirement savings account and flex spending account as well as generous vacation and personal time.
Wings of Hope Hospice provides care to patients wherever they live, in private homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes.

Day Shift Caregiver- Wings Home
Seeking Caregiver for the Wings Home
Day Shift – 7am to 5pm (7 shifts in a two-week period) includes every other weekend
This position also includes on-call for after hours with additional pay.
Our staff provides patient care for terminally ill guests at the Wings Home in Allegan. (Certified Nurse’s Aide Welcome!) If you would like to work in a comfortable home with a maximum of four patients at a time, with support of Wings of Hope Hospice nurses 24 hours a day, this is the job for you.
This caring, compassionate caregiver provides personal care to patients including oral hygiene, changing briefs, simple dressing changes, assistance with taking medications and changing positions. Other duties may include light meal preparation, laundry and other household tasks.

Evening Shift – 5pm-10pm (7 shifts in a two-week period) includes some weekends
The evening shift position will also include being on call every 3 weeks with additional pay.
